Is my username my e-mail address?

To simplify the sign-in process, we require your username to be a validated e-mail address. You can have additional e-mail addresses tied to your account, but you should assume references to your e-mail address are referring to the username/e-mail your account was created with.


I need another account activation/re-activation e-mail. How can I get it?

I never received an account activation/re-activation e-mail. What can I do?

We can re-send the activation e-mail to your e-mail address. Be sure to check your spam settings, junk folder, etc. to ensure the e-mail isn't being blocked somehow. You may want to consider adding customerservice@cinchapps.com to your contact list to ensure delivery.


I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

Enter your e-mail address and we'll send you a link to reset your password.


What if my e-mail address changes?

To change your e-mail address, sign into your account and make the change. You will be signed out of the system and an account re-activation e-mail will be sent to the new e-mail address. It will be necessary for you to re-activate your account under the new e-mail address before signing in again.
